You can delete your Jelly Logic account and the data we hold about it at any time. If you never created an account, we hold no data about you on our servers.
In the game
Open Settings › Account & cloud save › Delete account & cloud data. Your account and your cloud progress are permanently deleted.
By email
From the address you used for your account, send a message titled "Data deletion request - Jelly Logic" to jinjagamesofficial@gmail.com. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your account email and sign in ID
- your cloud progress: levels, gems, items, quest and achievement state
Purchase records that must be kept by law stay with Google Play; they are not ours. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the game. Ad and analytics data held by Google can be managed in your Google account and device settings, see the privacy policy.
